It's very important that you choose a good photo to achieve a high-quality engraving.
- Make sure that the photo has a good resolution and that the subject is clearly visible, sharp, and in focus.
- Also, ensure the subject is not partially covered by objects and that the ears are not cropped: if you can’t see it, it won’t be engraved!
Avoid uploading low-resolution or poorly lit photos with parts of the subject barely visible.
We do not recommend creating a Feyral™ with two or more animals and it is preferable to create one for each animal: take advantage of this by ordering more than one keychain or, alternatively, by personalising a bracelet or necklace!

Can I engrave two dogs together?
We recommend not to, as this can affect the level of detail our craftsmen can achieve. Create a Feyral™ for each animal!
If my Feyral™ gets scratched, will the image disappear?
Absolutely not! The image is not simply printed, it's engraved, so no scratch will erase the image.
Do you ship to my country?
Absolutely, we ship to USA and we have partnerships with FedEx and USPS.
How soon will I receive my Feyral?
Since this is a custom piece of jewelry made by request, the processing time is 6 to 7 days, and you will receive updates on the process via email (casting - tempering - shearing - engraving - filing).

Where are you located?
We are located in Italy. In order to ensure the highest quality at the lowest possible price, our jewelry is designed in Italy: Matteo and Alessia personally take care of the design and drawing while the creative process is carried out in Korea.
